Extreme Measures 4
So while Mitch Rapp is brutally torturing this guy, trying to get answers, the idiot Air Force commander finally gets out of bed. He is finally told that some special interrogators have just shown up, and are in the cells questioning the prisoners. So he goes to check it out and finds that while one of the terrorists is sitting calmly just like the last time he saw him, the other is laying on the floor badly bruised and bloodied. A man is standing over the messed up prisoner yelling. At that moment the Commander had seen enough and told his men to go in to the cell and arrest the man. This is probably the worst thing he could have done. Because meanwhile in the other cell, Mike Nash, was talking to his terrorist who had just revealed that he knew about another terrorist cell. He was willing to negotiate for money and freedom, but all the talking had to stop because Rapp ordered Nash and all the others to get out of there so they would not get in trouble. Rapp was just going to take all the blame. Rapp goes to talk to the commander and distract him so all the others can get out unseen.
